Thank you for your interest in performing for Punching Bag Comedy. I have more emails and message requests than I could ever open. On top of a day job, pursuing my own comedy endeavors, and running the Punching Bag and the open mic, I cannot find time to watch your tapes. I’m sure you’re a fantastic comic , but I no longer take submissions.

We tend to book from within, mostly those comedians who perform regularly at the open mic who I genuinely would like to watch perform longer sets. I am also always scouting if I’m on other shows around the city or if I’m on the road.

Sometimes we make exceptions for out of town comics who are passing through.
